Job Description:

This hybrid Executive Assistant / Office Administrator role supports one managing partner and ensures the smooth daily operation of the office. It’s a great opportunity for a motivated individual eager to take ownership of both administrative and operational tasks, grow within the organization, and work closely with decision-makers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports using tools such as Concur. Support leadership by anticipating needs and ensuring meeting and event logistics run smoothly. Handle general office management tasks such as supplies, mail, kitchen upkeep, and liaising with vendors. Coordinate with building management and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office space. Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team events, and special projects across departments. Participate in firmwide initiatives and operational improvements with internal teams.

Qualifications:

4+ years of executive assistant experience preferred; open to high-potential, early-career candidates with the right attitude. Previous experience supporting senior leadership and managing administrative operations. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with expense platforms like Concur is a plus. Comfortable with a structured EA role (not a personal assistant).
