Role:
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a constantly evolving calendar Coordinating complex travel arrangements (domestic & international) Handling email and communications on behalf of the CEO Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders Supporting sales efforts with admin tasks (CRM updates, proposals, etc.) Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers Ensuring a top-notch client experience through coordination and communication Overseeing product sample logistics and distribution Assisting with sales decks and presentation materials Pitching in on special projects and occasional personal tasks

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:

4+ years supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills High discretion and a proactive mindset-you anticipate needs, not just react Comfortable managing competing priorities in a high-stakes environment

Tech-savvy:

familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, CRM tools Professional, polished, and flexible with a no-task-too-small attitude Based in Miami and available for full-time onsite work

Preferred Skills:

Sales admin experience Worked with vendors or in supplier management Background in manufacturing or food & beverage Exposure to M&A activity
