Executive Assistant – Part-Time to Full-Time (Security Operations | North Miami, FL) Voyager Solutions Miami, FL 33179 Executive Assistant – Part-Time to Full-Time (Security Operations | North Miami, FL) Voyager Protection is a North Miami-based Security Operations company specializing in residential and event security , as well as luxury transportation services . Some of our vehicles are also rented through platforms like Turo , so familiarity with that platform is a plus. We’re currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced operations. This role begins at 25-30 hours/week during the training period, with the potential to grow into a 35-40+ hours/week position.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Fluent in English with valid U.S. work authorization Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in client relations, email correspondence, and calendar coordination Document preparation and proofreading Bookkeeping and light payroll support Data tracking of deadlines, compliance with state and federal licenses & certificates Document and file organization Light operations support and internal communications
