Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptab l e Executive Assistant to support a Founder/CEO in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and has experience supporting high-profile individuals in both professional and personal capacities. You’ll be the CEO’s strategic right hand—managing schedules, coordinating across departments, assisting with content capture, and handling day-to-day tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Discretion, reliability, and strong communication skills are a must.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-suite executive or high-profile figure (celebrity or UHNW experience strongly preferred) Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs Strong tech skills (Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.) Comfortable with light social media support/content creation Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 10-20 minutes of Miami Beach Open to occasional domestic travel Experience managing household staff or additional assistants a plus

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Assist with written communications, meeting prep, and document editing Capture content and materials for social media (as requested) Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and priorities across departments Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events Maintain records, files, and reference materials Conduct research and compile information for strategic initiatives Manage or coordinate with household staff or other support personnel Provide general assistance with wellness-related or lifestyle requests

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 9:00 AM•6:00 PM EST Must be based in Miami and available to work from Miami Beach as needed Some flexibility outside regular hours may be required

Compensation:

$110,000•$120,000+ depending on experience (Additional flexibility may be considered for standout candidates)

Location:

Remote with regular on-site support in Miami Beach, FL (Must reside in Miami and be open to occasional travel)
