A top software-focused PE firm is looking for an EA to support the founder and his chief of staff. Responsibilities Calendar management for executive Handle confidential matters Assist in planning and arranging extensive personal and professional international and domestic travel Schedule appointments, plan meetings, keep phone and plane logs, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executive Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executive Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2-8 years of experience supporting c-suite executives Exceptional sense of urgency and attention to detail Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills High degree of collaboration with all levels in the organization Strong written and verbal communication skills
