The Executive Assistant to the President and Board Liaison embodies and upholds the Goals and Criteria, as well as the School’s mission. Reporting directly to the President, the Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Office of the President. This individual is a leader who excels at anticipating and addressing the needs of both the Office and its internal and external stakeholders and constituencies. Serving as the President’s right hand, the Assistant also acts as the primary liaison between the Office and the Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and a commitment to working with mission-driven, community-focused leaders. This person must exercise sound judgment in diverse situations, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional administrative and organizational abilities. The Assistant should be capable of effectively prioritizing tasks, providing stability in a dynamic environment, and maintaining grace under pressure. They must be able to manage a wide range of responsibilities- including handling confidential matters with discretion- and work independently on projects from inception to completion.

Software Skills Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, human resources, education, or a related field.
Five (5) years’ of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good computer literacy, including ability to navigate online applications and search engines effectively.
Highly proficient in software skills such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and overall technology.
Good spelling and grammar are required.
Effective oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
Supportive of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in a Roman Catholic environment preferred.
Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
Must have a professional demeanor.
