Job Description Job Description MDC Estates is searching for a highly motivated personal assistant to provide administrative support and help us operate more efficiently. You’ll answer phone calls, schedule meetings, run errands, arrange travel, manage rental properties, keep track of important paperwork, and assist with other duties as needed. Location Miami, FL Personal Assistant Responsibilities Acting as the a point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clients Manage personal calendar using online platforms like Monday.com, Google Drive, etc. Manage business relationships with external vendors/or clients (i.e., social media manager, attorneys, etc.) Develop electronic filing systems for administrative tasks Screen tenants, manage lease agreements, manage tenant concerns Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed Perform other duties as assigned Skills and qualifications Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience working alongside others and offering support to achieve shared goals Experience in an office environment or other professional setting Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritizing urgent and high-impact work Ability to think proactively and show initiative Ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information, including client and employee data Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1-2 years of prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (i.e., Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.) •Applicants must have adequate transportation; some local travel is required Company Description High volume liquor store with delivery and bartending services.
