What will I do in this role? Provide proactive and confidential executive support to the COO and senior leadership, enabling focus on strategic and operational initiatives. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and business objectives. Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate logistics for cross-functional and executive-level meetings. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, aligned with event schedules and executive availability. Attend high-level meetings on behalf of the COO when necessary; capture and circulate action items and follow-ups to drive accountability. Triage and manage incoming communications, flagging priority issues, and ensuring timely responses or delegation as needed. Support operational workflows by maintaining organized records, processing invoices, monitoring budgets, and procuring office resources. Collaborate with business units, event operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of key initiatives. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Take on special projects and operational tasks as assigned to support the evolving needs of the business. What skills and experience do I need? You will thrive in this role if you excel in building relationships and delivering excellent customer service. We’re looking for someone with: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to accuracy and deadlines. Proven ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, sports-driven environment. Deep knowledge of administrative systems, process coordination, and information management. Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of adopting new tools quickly (e.g., project management, CRM, or scheduling tools).
