Position Summary Bookkeeper /Executive Assistant’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and reviewing all accounts payable functions. Enters all revenues and expenses in QuickBooks Assists with research and development for new profit centers. Perform internal analysis as requested by C Suite personnel. Assists with catering and facilitating the setup for corporate events. Facilitates meetings with hospitals and other agencies. Maintaining and ordering marketing supplies Oversees and manages agency Social Media presence and reviews Assists with travel arrangements as needed Assists the CEO with maintaining contracts.
