- Friday | No weekends or holidays Office is located in Downtown Orlando area (Milk District) Bilingual a plus but not recommended (English & Spanish) Experience with Excel spreadsheets & formulas Job Duties include: Answering & returning calls for current and prospective guests Basic customer service for current guest (limited) Submitting reservation requests for guests Assisting with weekly payroll Communication & managing of current team and contractors Organizing office files and maintaining Contacting potential new vendors, companies for new relationships Research and explore options for products and new business needs Build & revise Excel Spreadsheets to assist in managing payroll Looking for: Someone with strong attention to detail skills Someone proficient in Microsoft Excel Someone experienced in an office atmosphere Preferably someone with vacation/travel experience Happy, positive, and upbeat personality Someone available to work Mon-Fri 9:30 am•6:00 pm Reliable and trustworthy Submit your resume if you believe you are the right person for this opportunity and be prepared to start immediately.
