As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Health Plan Markets leadership team.
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant – Health Plan Markets will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives overseeing health plan operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly efficient, and committed to delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs , aligning with our mission to inspire minds and shape futures .
Key Responsibilities:
Support leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for strategic initiatives and decision-making. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist in project coordination , tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Organize leadership meetings, board meetings, and industry events with a focus on seamless execution. Draft and manage correspondence , including emails, memos, and official communications. Conduct research and compile data to support leadership in strategic planning. Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or managed care industries.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.).
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time-sensitive projects efficiently.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve challenges independently.
Confidentiality:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
