An Executive Assistant is needed for a top-ranking real estate team in the Florida area— The Turner Group . With the help of this individual, the agents aim to focus more on selling real estate and less on daily administrative and operational tasks. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who is proactive, organized, and committed to excellence—someone who takes pride in their work and fits seamlessly into a team culture rooted in service, success, and giving back. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate (though not required), and a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office environment. This person should have a strong sense of urgency, a love for checklists, and the ability to take initiative. They should thrive with minimal supervision, grow into a leadership role, and be excited to take part in our mission, including our commitment to the community through events and charitable initiatives.

Responsibilities:

This person’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Executive & Administrative Support Assist and support the owners in business and personal matters Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and screen calls/emails Handle requests and correspondence professionally Produce reports, presentations, and briefs Maintain and organize shared drives and systems Office Management Create weekly team meeting agendas and pull key performance numbers Track mission, vision, and team goals; maintain team calendar and huddles Order and manage office supplies and equipment Coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, and client gifting Track 30/60/90 onboarding and 6-month/annual reviews Enter and track closed transactions in CRM and internal systems Team & Event Support Support team members across departments (marketing, transactions, listings) Coordinate vendor relationships and assist with event planning Work with Marketing Coordinator to execute campaigns and monthly mailers Submit ad requests and track results Upload content (e.g., listing videos, team wins) to platforms like YouTube and social media Marketing & Community Engagement Manage social media posts across team platforms (e.g., Pineapple Perkers, WWP IG) Respond to reviews and comments Maintain schedule for active listing audits (30-60-90-120 days) Assist in executing community outreach events

Qualifications:

A self-starter with outstanding organizational and project management skills Detail-obsessed, able to track, manage, and follow through on multiple projects Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and tools, and up to date on modern office apps Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Works independently and manages time with intention while supporting the team An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with effective interpersonal skills Trustworthy, with sound judgment and a commitment to discretion and confidentiality Service-driven, with a heart for giving back and a desire to lead community initiatives People-savvy, confident, navigating strong personalities with professionalism and tact Customer-focused, approachable, and energized by helping others A college degree and social media experience are preferred Willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (cost reimbursed by the Agent) Growth-minded, with a CAN and WILL DO attitude—you do what it takes to help your Agents win About Company Founded in 2015 by husband-and-wife duo Amy and Colin Turner, The Turner Group is a top-producing real estate team based in Winter Park, Florida.
