Executive Assistant to CFO Taurus Maitland, FL 32751
Position Summary:
The CFO Assistant supports the CFO and COO in both financial and IT-related functions within the bank. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring interest rate risk and liquidity, and handling various accounting tasks. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to manage regulatory and internal reporting while also contributing to strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Compile and submit Call Reports and other regulatory filings. Analyze general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations (bank accounts, investments, assets, accruals, prepaids). Prepare internal control packages. Support liquidity tracking and reporting. Run interest rate risk models and prepare related reports. Help compile reports for the Board and committees. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Create special accounting reports for internal and regulatory use. Research investment options and financial alternatives. Provide additional support to the CFO as needed. Ensure compliance with all federal banking regulations, including BSA requirements.

Mathematical Skills:

Reasoning Skills:
