As we expand, we’re seeking a proactive, highly organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to directly support our owner in both professional and occasional personal matters.

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the owner, managing scheduling, communications, and project follow-through across business operations, while also providing occasional personal assistance. This role requires excellent judgment, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the owner’s calendar, meetings, and appointments Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client-facing engagements Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and presentations Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion Support project management tasks and assist in follow-ups with team members Run occasional personal errands or coordinate personal appointments as needed Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for multiple parties Book and organize company events Pull and analyze company reports Track and organize expenses and reimbursements Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Hubspot) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
