ADP is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our Maitland, FL team.
In this role, you will serve as the MAS Executive Assistant. This role is three – fold, you’re a jack of all trades! Everyday brings something new.
You will provide the first impression for employees, clients, visitors and candidates.
Greet employees, visitors, clients, vendors and candidates in a friendly professional manner at our front desk reception area
Manage conference room calendars and assist in scheduling meetings
Answer and direct calls appropriately
Maintain office common areas in an organized, neat fashion
Responsible for receiving and coordinating mail and packages
Maintain inventory and organization of office supplies, snacks, beverages, etc.
Assist with organization wide events, such as training seminars, luncheons, or special events
Assist in new hire workspace set-up with leaders
Assist with special projects and work overflow as needed
Work with ADP Facilities to coordinate building access and various work that needs to be done
Executive Assistance is part of your day to day, you’ll be the go-to resources to help:
Provide administrative executive support to our Senior Leadership team, specifically supporting our Senior VP/General Managers for East, Division and Specialty Groups.
Maintain schedules and calendar
Coordinate meetings as well as travel plans for leaders
Submit expense reports in a timely fashion

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in operations management or administrative support
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Comfortable working knowledge of Outlook email & calendar
Highly organized and detailed with the ability to juggle multiple functions and tasks while managing your work time efficiently
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests in a professional manner
