Primary Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Associate to support the Senior Vice President (SVP) and General Manager (GM) of our Advanced Packaging Business, one to two C-level executives (ELT) at our corporate headquarters (SkyWater Minnesota) and SkyWater Florida. The Executive Associate will have the responsibility for gathering data and preparing materials for executive level meetings, documenting and transmitting data and outcomes of meetings, coordinating travel and schedules, managing invoices/expenses, and project work specific to each function. This is a pivotal role, requiring exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and the capacity to manage a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive support and possess a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail, highly organized, strong calendaring skills, confidentiality and ability to shift priorities quickly. Stellar communication skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Major Areas of Accountability:
Executive Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the SVP, GM, and other assigned executives.

Meeting Coordination:

Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items.

Confidential Document Handling:

Manage sensitive information and maintain discretion in all executive interactions.

Event Planning:

Assist in the organization of internal and external events, including executive summits, conferences, and client meetings.

Office Management:

Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Expense Reporting:

Track and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Other Administrative Duties:

Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and support additional executive team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience and/or

Training:

Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in an Executive Associate/Assistant role supporting one or more executives. Experience in effectively and professionally working with senior level executives as well as customers, vendors and other visitors. Strong, professional communication skills via phone, email and in-person. Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information. Anticipates the needs of each executive they support to help them be more effective in their role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. U.S.

Citizen Required:

This position will require the holding of or the ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S.

Desired Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Executive Assistant certifications) are a plus.

Licenses/Certifications:

Professional certification (i.e. Certified Administrative Professional). Ability and willingness to obtain US Government Security Clearance which requires US Citizenship.

A fast-paced, high-pressure environment typical of a leading global semiconductor manufacturing company. Requires flexibility to accommodate the SVP/GM’s schedule and other executives, including occasional after-hours work. The annual salary range for this role is $65,280 – $97,920. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
