Grand Villa of Delray Beach East is seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Director to join our team at our Senior Living Facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Director in the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring a high standard of care and service for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Director in daily operations and management of the facility Oversee staff performance and provide guidance and support to team members Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, families, and staff Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Qualifications:
