Grand Villa of Delray Beach East is seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Director to join our team at our Senior Living Facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Director in the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring a high standard of care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Director in daily operations and management of the facility
• Oversee staff performance and provide guidance and support to team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and implement programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents
• Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, families, and staff
• Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
• Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting
