Executive Assistant:
Manage and maintain a clean, up-to-date contact database across multiple platforms Oversee and organize high volumes of incoming emails, identify priorities, and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate and optimize a demanding calendar, balancing internal meetings, client appointments, and travel plans Serve as a liaison for key contacts and clients, scheduling meetings and maintaining strong professional relationships Prepare and manage executive-level agendas, background materials, and talking points Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including maximizing client meetings during travel and preparing detailed itineraries Track and process expense reports for the executive and direct reports, ensuring policy compliance Maintain a blended personal and professional calendar, including scheduling related to family needs and special events Conduct research and compile information to brief the executive on clients, projects, and upcoming engagements Take ownership of priority tracking systems, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are completed Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications and Skills for the
