What You’ll Do As the right-hand to the President and CEO, you’ll act as a key liaison between internal teams, residents, board members, and external stakeholders—helping manage the CEO’s priorities and ensuring that day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives move forward smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the President and CEO’s calendar, communications, and scheduling priorities Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and complex correspondence Coordinate meetings and high-profile events, including preparing agendas and materials, and tracking follow-up items Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including residents and board members Lead and support special projects and company-wide initiatives Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents Ensure seamless communication flow across the organization

What You’ll Need:

Prior experience supporting C-level executives is required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professionalism, discretion, and a customer-service mindset Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills

Physical Requirements:
