Executive Assistant Leeds Professional Resources Boca Raton, FL 33498 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant contractor to provide comprehensive support to 3 high-level individuals of the Executive Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and customer service orientation, ensuring that the executive office operates smoothly and effectively. This role is looking for someone that if interviews and receives the job offer, they will be able to start working immediately. Duties Manage the executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service. Prepare, transcribe, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records. Utilize DocuSign for document management and ensure timely execution of contracts and agreements. Assist with front desk operations as needed, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications. Support office management tasks to maintain a productive work environment. Experience Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other similar administrative roles is required. Bachelor’s Degree is required Strong proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential. Familiarity with customer service best practices and office management procedures is highly desirable. Excellent typing skills with the ability to transcribe documents accurately. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing data entry tasks.
