R10262 Job Summary We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer and SVP of Total Rewards. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes initiative to ensure our senior leaders are operating at their highest level of impact. About the Team The People Strategy team is at the core of how we shape culture, drive business growth, and deliver a world-class employee experience at Rapid7. Supporting the Chief People Officer and SVP of Total Rewards, this role plays a key part in helping the team lead with intention and efficiency. About the Role As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to enable and amplify the impact of our senior People leaders by providing seamless administrative and strategic support. Specifically, your focus will be to: Manage complex calendars, meeting cadences, and shifting priorities with efficiency and discretion Coordinate domestic and international travel, including agendas and logistics Prepare materials, content, and correspondence for internal and external meetings Serve as a trusted liaison and point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, board members, and external partners Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with professionalism and poise The skills and qualities you’ll bring include: 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in People/HR or high-growth tech environments Strong skills in calendar management, travel planning, and executive-level communication High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Experience managing sensitive or confidential information with discretion Ability to independently solve problems, prioritize competing demands, and anticipate needs
