Executive Assistant Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Description:

Our client, a boutique wealth management firm, is seeking anExecutive Assistant in Palm Beach, FL. The hours are 8:30am -5:30pm with flexibility, and the position is fully in office.

Responsibilities:

Support to the Vice Chairman and seniorleadership Manage intricate calendars and schedule meetings withinternal teams and external stakeholders Coordinate domestic andinternational travel arrangements, including detailed itinerariesDraft and edit correspondence, manage communications, and preparematerials for meetings Act as a point of contact between executivesand clients, vendors, and internal teams Maintain strictconfidentiality when handling sensitive information Organizecompany and client events, overseeing logistics and relatedmaterials Assist with marketing initiatives by developing andediting presentation materials Manage daily office operations,including vendor relationships and administrative systems Supervisejunior administrative staff and assign responsibilities asappropriate Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and otherfinancial administration Support the Vice Chairman with personalscheduling and related tasks Share responsibility for planning andcoordinating visits from traveling team members to the NYC office

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required 5 years of experiencesupporting senior executives Strong communication and interpersonalskills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in financial services or nonprofitenvironments a plus
