Executive Assistant to CEO Our client is seeking a highly capable and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-paced wholesale linen distribution company. This role requires someone sharp, professional, and adaptable-ready to be the CEO’s right hand in managing a dynamic, growing business with many moving parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO across daily operations Manage and streamline administrative tasks using QuickBooks Online and Salesforce CRM Assist with AP/AR tasks and liaise with internal team members Coordinate between departments including sales, customer service, and international teams Stay on top of orders, logistics, and custom product details (e.g. towels, personalized orders) Help oversee remote staff and ensure alignment across different units Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of executive support experience in a fast-paced environment Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Salesforce CRM Highly organized, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented Excellent communication skills and business judgment Able to commit long-term (5-10 years) This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the day-to-day and long-term success of a growing business.
