Responsibilities:
Provide daily executive-level administrative support to the Financial Advisor, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and client communications. Prepare and process account paperwork, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with client onboarding. Act as a liaison between clients, custodians, and internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Assist in tracking account activity, generating reports, and preparing materials for client meetings. Manage CRM updates, client records, and file organization with confidentiality and accuracy. Handle special projects and tasks as needed to support business growth and client service. Qualifications 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written – and a high level of professionalism. Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus. A proactive mindset – someone who anticipates needs and takes initiative without being asked. FINRA Series 7/66 licenses are a bonus but not required.
