$45,000-$60,000/year (depending on experience) Position Summary Real America’s Voice is seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive individual to serve as both the first point of contact for our office and a key administrative partner to senior leadership. This hybrid role balances front desk reception duties with executive support , helping ensure smooth daily operations and polished internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Office Coordination Greet guests, manage visitor access, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment Answer and route phone calls, manage general email inboxes Manage mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked Executive Support Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for executive team Prepare documents, reports, and meeting agendas Assist with special projects, event planning, and internal communications Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company matters Required Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, receptionist, or executive assistant experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems independently Professional, courteous demeanor with a polished presence Preferred Attributes Experience supporting C-level executives or media professionals Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with or openness to Real America’s Voice’s mission and values Discretion and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive tasks
