$67,500 per year Are you an experienced administrative professional who thrives in dynamic, mission-driven environments? The AH Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Team. This is more than just a support role—it’s an opportunity to make an impact by helping drive the Foundation’s strategic goals and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Executive Support Partner with the CEO to execute organizational goals across local and international initiatives. Manage CEO’s calendar, coordinate travel, handle communications, and provide high-level administrative support. Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners. Administrative Management Provide executive-level support across departments including Accounting, HR, Development, and Event Planning. Collaborate with Board members and key committees, supporting strategic planning and documentation. Coordinate with third-party vendors, including accounting and financial consultants. Communication & Coordination Represent the CEO in meetings and events when required. Ensure smooth information flow and communication across the organization. Draft, review, and send professional correspondence on behalf of the Executive Office. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field (preferred). 4+ years of experience in a senior administrative support role, preferably reporting directly to executive leadership. Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Experience with financial document coordination and familiarity with budget oversight. Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in navigating challenges within a fast-paced environment. Travel & Work Environment Occasional travel may be required. This role is primarily based in a professional office environment with flexibility for off-site meetings or events.
