$45,000 – $48,500 Job Summary An established and dynamic company in the apparel industry is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO/President. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities/Executive Support Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO/President and internal/external stakeholders. Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, schedule meetings, and handle logistics. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and create reports and presentations. Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence. Draft and edit documents, communications, and reports. Assist in monitoring production efficiency, sales performance, and product strategies. Coordinate and participate in client meetings, contract discussions, and sales presentations. Maintain CRM systems to support sales tracking and relationship management. Support marketing and proposal development for apparel products and services. Project Coordination Manage cross-functional projects related to production, sales, and product development. Develop timelines, assign tasks, and track milestones for custom apparel orders and new collections. Collaborate with design, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment on deliverables. Provide regular status updates to the CEO/President. Confidentiality & Professionalism Handle sensitive and proprietary company information with discretion. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or related field preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business collaboration tools. Experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management is a plus. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Background in apparel, screen printing, or textile manufacturing is highly preferred. Experience managing projects and tracking key deliverables in a fast-paced setting. Why Join Us?
