Our farm animal rescue organization is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring seamless operations Manage financial processes including QuickBooks, payroll, and bill payments Assist with staffing needs and operational efficiency Maintain and update online storefronts (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) to optimize visibility and sales Leverage social media and content creation skills for marketing and outreach efforts Edit and refine website content, newsletters, and print media to ensure clarity and professionalism Monitor and respond to online messages and email inquiries Organize workflows and prioritize tasks for maximum productivity Contribute to strategic planning and nonprofit growth initiatives
