Executive Assistant I Salary Range:

$27.70/hr. – $41.50/hr. Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System Welcome to the Human Resources Department! We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our busy and dynamic team! The Executive Assistant I provides direct administrative support to the senior administrator, as well as, advises, assists, and represents the senior administrator on a wide range of issues and performs follow-up on his/her behalf. Required Qualifications Require an associate degree or a minimum of four (4) years as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similar sized organization. Preferred Qualifications Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues. Executive presence and comfort with all levels of senior management, particularly C-suite. Ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond in a timely manner. Require discretionary judgment and knowledge of hospital departments and programs, and the ability to manage sensitive and privileged information. Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff and the ability to work under stress and display a confidence and professional attitude to staff/public. Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research skills. – Strategic calendar scheduling a must. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and shift priorities with flexibility. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. High level of tact in dealing with individuals and groups.
