Full Job Description About Us:

We are a busy, family-owned real estate brokerage seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Real Estate Broker, coordinate office transactions, and assist with property management duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Real Estate looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a diverse set of responsibilities. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and respond to general inquiries with professionalism Draft, edit, and proofread written correspondence and documentation Schedule meetings, calls, and maintain calendars and spreadsheets Coordinate in-office meetings and client closings, including setup and hospitality Maintain organization of physical and digital files Assist with transaction management, document processing, and closing coordination Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person Support property management operations as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a real estate office or related administrative role Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and detail Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks independently Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and online research Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Background check required

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with transaction coordination and/or property management Familiarity with real estate software systems is a plus
