Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. This role is pivotal in supporting the Director and the Marketing Project Manager, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and assisting with on-ground operations such as filming videos, taking photos, and documenting projects for marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will be (English and Spanish), computer literate, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Marketing Project Manager. Manage customer service and handle inbound leads for Need Construction. Assist in documenting projects, including filming videos and taking photos for marketing purposes. Coordinate and manage office activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handle scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed. Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and physical. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members. Assist with social media tasks such as filming content for tiktok, instagram, and other social media channels. Coordinate with the marketing team to support asset requests and provide materials needed for any marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Must be willing and able to work in the office from 8 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
