Porsche Cars North America Tasks Tasks Tasks Position overview This position provides broad administrative support to the Vice President of Customer Experience and drives efficiency and professionalism throughout the department by ensuring a smooth workflow and strict adherence to deadlines and policies. The position has the additional responsibility of supporting the creation and implementation of a transformative customer-first project for Porsche in the US for the upcoming years. This position will have a shared service with the Vice President of Strategy, Products and Services as it related to administrative calendar tasks. The split between the tasks for the two Vice Presidents will be approximately 80% (Customer Experience) and 20% (Strategy). As the Executive Assistant to both the VP of Customer Experience and VP of Strategy, Products and Services, you: will gain insights into the overall company and are expected to provide input into creating key components of this strategic project. will work closely with other functions and expand your knowledge in a short amount of time. will be able to display your excellent project management and soft skills in front of the executive leadership but also the teams. get exposure to the CX department teams such as Porsche Academy, the Customer Relations Team, the Market Research and Customer Service teams as well as our vendors have contact with markets outside of the US and the GHQ team in Stuttgart, Germany Qualifications Qualifications Qualifications Roles & responsibilities

Maintenance of executive calendar including scheduling meetings and ensuring all department tasks are completed on time Travel arrangements Processing expense reports Additional activities for the
Vice President of Customer Experience:
Manage daily activities Coordination of communications including calls, emails, and interfacing with internal and external customers Preparation of internal and external presentation material Occasional minute-taking and publication responsibility Work with the Customer Experience Department managers to support developing and steering a new transformative cross-functional project related to modern luxury: Support the CX Strategy & Market Insights Team Leader with preparation of the Luxury CX Committee and keeping track of the topics and list of open points Support managing the new subcommittee of the Board of Regents (dealer advisors board), working closely with Aftersales as well Manage the administrative tasks and collaborate closely with all other VPs and their teams. Manage the department’s procurement processes as a system power user and ensure budget responsibility: Create purchase requisitions and POs Onboard new vendors Ensure proper flow of approvals and contracts through the system Process invoices and ensure timely payment Track and monitor the departments overall budget Arrange internal and external small to medium sized departmental events Maintain accurate records Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and clientele at all times Qualifications Required qualifications include: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex projects Experience with companies excelling in customer-first mindset Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Proactive self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset Friendly and professional demeanor Outstanding oral and written communications skills and the ability to confidently interact with senior management Impeccable multi-tasking and prioritization skills Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex projects Experience in the luxury industry Experience related to business transformation Automotive experience in the US German language skills Percentage of required travel: ~10-20%
Schedule/Shift:
hybrid work The salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
