Job Description
LHH is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will provide high-level support to the Executive Vice President & CEO for a major manufacturing company in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Calendar Management :
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure the CEO is fully prepared with necessary materials and details.
Communication :
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the flow of information with accuracy and discretion.
Meeting Support :
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Help organize company-wide events such as seasonal gatherings and celebrations.
Travel Coordination :
Arrange all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and reservations – including those for incoming board members.
Report & Document Preparation :
Draft and format internal and external documents for the CEO and board of directors.
Confidentiality :
Handle all sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Project Support :
Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Administrative Duties :
Manage office tasks such as filing, document organization, and inventory of supplies.
Other Duties :
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Education :
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience :
3-5 years in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role. Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.). Familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
