Executive Assistant Opportunity in Mandeville, LA Staffmark is partnering with a highly respected, family-owned automotive group to hire an Executive Assistant in Mandeville, LA. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a driven and experienced administrative professional to support high-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced office. If you have 5+ years of executive-level support experience, a knack for juggling multiple priorities with grace, and a passion for organization-this could be your next big move!

Pay & Schedule Salary Range:

$48,000 – $66,000 (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Employment Type:

Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the President and General Manager
Manage calendars, schedules, vacation tracking, and internal contact directories
Draft outgoing correspondence, internal memos, and reports
Open and sort executive mail, code invoices, and manage filing systems
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and handle confidential documentation
Assist with business and personal financial management tasks (investments, checking, tax prep)
Schedule travel and manage expense reports for executives
Support event coordination for company events, sponsorships, and charitable activities
Purchase and inventory office supplies and branded materials
Act as liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers (janitorial, landscaping, etc.)
Maintain and update employee information and milestone recognition
Screen manufacturer portals and flag important updates for executive review

What You Bring to the Table Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience
Highly organized with excellent communication and time management skills
Strong discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
Comfort working in a hybrid office/outdoor dealership setting when needed
