Position Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and intuitive individual to provide personal and organizational support to the company President! This Executive/ Personal Assistant must thrive on balancing both personal and business support with flexibility, ambition, and commitment. About three-quarters of your time will focus on providing personalized assistance, while the remainder will involve supporting day-to-day business operations. The balance between these areas may shift as priorities evolve, so a proactive and adaptable mindset is essential.

PM Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of managing an executive’s dynamic calendar, keeping you at the center of important meetings and decision-making. Oversee personal vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and reliability. Build strong relationships with trusted healthcare and wellness providers, playing a key role in personal and professional wellbeing. Partner with the VP of Operations, offering valuable support for business and personal needs. Dive into real estate operations by managing lease data and helping generate insightful reports. Collaborate with the Development Team on exciting bid processes and varied administrative projects. Run personal errands that keep senior leaders focused on what matters most. Work closely with the in-house chef on creative meal planning and event coordination that bring people together. Engage in cross-functional projects and company events. Handle confidential information with discretion, becoming a trusted point of contact. Effectively manage emails and calls, helping leadership stay connected. Take ownership of vendor contracts, ensuring smooth operations and strong vendor relationships. Coordinate meaningful charitable donation efforts that impact both corporate and community locations. Navigate diverse personalities and fast-paced situations with professionalism. Lead special projects from start to finish, directly contributing to the company’s success alongside the President. Become a certified Notary Public in Massachusetts and provide an essential service within the organization.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Problem-solver, self-starter, resourceful mindset, and detail oriented! Experience in executive-level administrative support or personal assistance. Flexible mindset and willing to grow!
