Job Description

The Executive Assistant (EA), GroupHuman Resources directly supports the Senior Vice President (SVP), HumanResources of Group who leads 3 key business units across CVS Healthincluding Health Care Delivery, Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness, andCaremark. The ideal candidate for this position will sit in theWoonsocket, Rhode Island office and have exemplary planning and timemanagement skills and the ability to organize and manage calendars andkeep scheduling operations running smoothly and efficiently. Thisindividual will also be instrumental in helping to develop and manageteam building and engagement activities. Poise, articulate andprofessional communications are required.

Responsibilities:

?Proactively managing/coordinating daily schedule/calendar, contacts,travel arrangements, meetings (internal and external), conferences, andseminars. ? Arranges and schedule numerous meetings; maintain and updatecalendar; determine importance of meeting requests and scheduleaccordingly; demonstrate flexibility, serve as first-line of defensewith the high volume of communications of phone and email. ? Arrangetravel and all accommodations including comprehensive and detaileditineraries. ? Process reimbursement and expense reports in accordancewith established policy guidelines; track expenses and follow-up intimely manner. ? Provide a bridge for smooth communication; demonstrateleadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with seniormanagement staff. ? Responsible for excellence in complex meeting/eventpreparation (AV, room scheduling, telepresence events, etc.), set-up,and follow-up including preparing presentations/agendas/materials,documenting notes, and coordinating follow-up items to completion,arranging for food/drink. ? Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding ofemployees and consultants, including hardware installationrequest/repair, space planning, etc. ? Manage general office andadministrative tasks, including ordering of miscellaneous supplies,renewing memberships and subscriptions, managing distribution lists,photocopying, faxing, deliveries, etc. ? Manage department files,including electronic document systems, intranet web sites, wikis, andweb-based project management tools. ? Edit presentations, agendas,spreadsheets, communications, databases, and reports. ? Prioritize andtrack deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines and requests. ?Participate in meetings, take notes and disseminate information torelevant stakeholders, including weekly email updates. Responsible fordrafting and editing correspondence. ? Manage special projects asdesignated and assist other department members as necessary. ? Worksappropriately with confidential information; always acts withdiscretion.

Required Qualifications :

? 10+ years administrativeexperience supporting senior leadership ? Experience with MicrosoftOffice tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint ? Previousexperience maintaining executive?s phone, calendar, work and travelschedules using Microsoft Outlook ?This is a hybrid position thatrequires 2-3 days per week in the office. Candidates must live in acommutable distance of Woonsocket, RI.

?Strong interpersonal skills, including a professional phone manner andin-person presence. ? Ability to work with and maintain confidentialinformation. ? Experience taking detailed notes and extracting actionitems. ? Ability to understand priorities and adjust meetings andcontent appropriately. ? Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent workexperience.
