Our client has 30 years of experience in assisting both commercial and residential customers in their oil, environmental, plumbing, inspection needs! Benefits include

- 401k with 4% match Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, demonstrating excellent front desk etiquette. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, managing inquiries and directing them appropriately. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings as required. Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including itineraries and accommodations. Support various office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment. Perform proofreading tasks to ensure all communications are clear and error-free. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic office equipment operation. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
