Full-Time Deaconess Abundant Life Communities is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hospitality-focused Executive Assistant to support our CEO. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO Manage calendars, communications, and logistics for meetings and events Coordinate and track strategic initiatives and special projects Prepare reports, presentations, and materials with a high degree of accuracy Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Interest in technology, AI, and systems optimization Professional demeanor with a commitment to hospitality and service
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a forward-thinking leadership team
