JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Secretary will provide the primary administrative support to the V.P. of Mission Integration, with secondary support to Marketing and Personal Emergency Response Service. In this role, the Executive Secretary will provide support for board and leadership level committees, which includes: preparing letters, agendas, minutes, presentations, charts, reports, and graphic designs. He/She will utilize Microsoft Word, Excel databases and PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, this role will support events and activities during Mission Week and administer the Marguerite d’Youville Fund for the Needy. The Executive Secretary will coordinate travel for Mission Integration, Marketing and Spiritual Care, as well as coordinate the on-call schedule for the Spiritual Care department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
+ Associates Degree preferred
Experience:
+ 5+ years previous experience in an Executive Secretary role required + Proficient in
Microsoft Office Other Skills Required:
