My schedule doesn’t slow down, and I need a personal assistant who can keep up—without needing to be micromanaged. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and knows how to stay three steps ahead. You’ll be helping manage calendar chaos, keep grant deadlines in check, and make sure I don’t miss anything important. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours per week) with room to grow for the right person.
