Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings Perform basic bookkeeping duties Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. Be the main point of contact for high-level executive Qualifications Executive level admin support experience required Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information 5+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent At GF we believe that people are the key to our success.
