Job Description

Office Manager / Executive Assistant Sanford Contractors Sanford, NC 27332 Team Member Expectations Office Manager/Executive Assistant Team member will lead and organize the administrative office for Sanford Contractors. Team member will lead the Front Desk Coordinator and support the office personnel and executive team. Team member must have the ability to organize as well as prioritize and pay attention to detail. Team Member must have the actions and appearance that represents the Sanford Contractors brand at all times.

Lead by example Be punctual, dependable, and professional at all times Work with cost effectiveness, profitability, and safety in mind Lead the safety effort by recognizing and correcting hazards as soon as they are present and be the #1 safety advocate for the office Represent yourself and the company in a professional manner at all times Ensure that the office culture is positive and representative of Sanford Contractors culture Coordinate and manage office personnel schedules Support office personnel with personal and professional development Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of new office personnel Coordinate the onboarding of all new Supervisor level 1 and up team members Manage the office budget ensuring accuracy Manage office supplies inventory Manage office filing systems and storage Manage all IT contracts, vendors and work orders Coordinate all IT implementation and training Assist field personnel with IT requests and needs Assist with establishing and managing office standards and procedures Always evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of current office standards and procedures Ensure the office, training center and grounds are well maintained, organized and secure Manage executive calendars and appointments Coordinate work related travel for executive team Assist with administrative duties for executive team

Education/Training/Certification:
