Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and optimize executive calendars, independently scheduling intricate appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts with minimal direction.
Serve as a primary point of contact, strategically screening and prioritizing incoming communications, and independently responding or delegating as appropriate.
Oversee and maintain critical departmental record-keeping systems, ensuring the meticulous management of highly sensitive administrative and financial data with the utmost confidentiality.
Independently prepare high-quality presentations and comprehensive reports, often requiring the synthesis of information from various sources.
Exercise impeccable judgment and discretion in all internal and external communications, safeguarding confidential information at all times.
Navigate complex interpersonal situations with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring all interactions are handled with tact and unwavering courtesy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS A

minimum of 2 years of upper level administrative experience

MANDATORY

Ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of the management team. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly to address a range of needs. Specific experience in analyzing loan documents and contracts is required.
