At Diverxia, we’re looking for a Part-Time Office Coordinator to help us keep our North Carolina office operating like a well-oiled machine. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of our daily operations, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Ensure seamless office operations and a pleasant working environment. Handle administrative duties like managing schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining records. Support basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice tracking and use of accounting tools. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Monitor office supplies and handle vendor communications for restocking and services. Assist with onboarding new team members (e.g., setting up workstations). Keep our workspace tidy, safe, and welcoming—liaising with service providers when needed. Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth. Who You Are Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Business, Administration, Accounting, or similar. No experience? No problem. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Bonus if you’ve worked in customer service, admin, or similar environments. Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Great communicator, both written and verbal. Naturally organized, reliable, and solution-oriented. Friendly and helpful—someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office. Spanish is a plus, but not required.
