Job Summary The Executive Assistant III provides both administrative and clerical support to VP level and above leaders ensuring the administration and smooth running of departmental business. The Executive Assistant III also serves as resource to staff. + Calendar Management
- Maintaining and updating the executive’s schedule + Communication
- Handling correspondence, managing email inboxes, and answering calls for the executive. + Travel Coordination
- Planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. + Reporting and Documentation
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive + Administrative Support

Qualifications +
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. +
Experience:
Three years of administrative support experience, required. Executive level administrative support experience, preferred. +

Customer Service:
