This full-time, on-site role is based at our Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters, with 30% international and domestic travel required. Our company operates across multiple international markets and is in a phase of rapid global expansion, with interests in hospitality, real estate, mental health and portfolio investments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating cross-cultural business environments, managing complex logistics, and supporting executive-level operations at scale. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Provide seamless executive support including complex calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination Manage sensitive communications and confidential documents with discretion Collaborate across global teams, vendors, and partners on behalf of executive leadership Assist in overseeing portfolio performance, business initiatives, and operational planning Be able to manage and monitor a portfolio of businesses and investments, including hospitality and real estate assets Support ongoing marketing, sales, and business development efforts Prepare executive reports, financial documents, and internal communications ⸻

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 5-7 years minimum experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a corporate or global organization Background in accounting and/or business operations Real estate experience required—ideally with exposure to acquisitions, management, or development Hospitality experience preferred, particularly in high-end or service-driven environments Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) AI experience ( 1 year ) Must be available to travel up to 30%, both domestically and internationally
