Competitive — Hourly or Monthly Retainer, Based on Experience About the Role A fast-paced entrepreneur leading multiple high-growth startups and real estate ventures is seeking a highly organized, resourceful Personal Executive Assistant . This is not a traditional calendar management or heavy scheduling role. Instead, you’ll wear multiple hats — supporting a range of business initiatives, real estate projects, vendor management, research tasks, and administrative operations — to help bring ideas to life and keep momentum moving. This role is ideal for someone energized by entrepreneurship, enjoys building structure out of chaos, and thrives supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
What You’ll Be Doing Business Initiative Support:
Assist in advancing startup initiatives by helping organize tasks, research solutions, coordinate with external vendors or freelancers, and support project execution.
Real Estate Support:
Manage vendor communications for real estate properties, assist with project coordination, research materials or services, and oversee task follow-ups.
Research & Solution-Finding:
Research and present optimal tools, service providers, or strategies to support evolving business and real estate needs.
Light AR/AP Tasks:
Support basic invoicing, expense tracking, and document organization (bookkeeping experience a plus but not required).
Administrative Assistance:
Organize files, update simple spreadsheets or dashboards, prepare basic reports or summaries.
Social Media & Marketing Support:
(Bonus) Help coordinate content, post updates, or support social media initiatives across brands.
General Executive Support:
Run ad hoc projects, help stay ahead of deadlines, and proactively suggest improvements in systems or processes. Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, Canva, etc. Proactive self-starter who can problem-solve and move initiatives forward with little hand-holding Comfortable working in dynamic environments typical of startups and entrepreneurial operations Communicates clearly, professionally, and with confidentiality
