Chief Executive Officer About the Role This is a high-level executive support position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-program environment . As the Program Operations & Executive Assistant , you’ll work directly under the CEO and support multiple businesses and departments simultaneously . This role is based at the parent company level and plays a vital part in keeping our operations aligned, organized, and on track across all subsidiaries. If you’re not extremely organized, focused, and adaptable—this role is not for you. Important Note Before You Apply This role comes with multiple responsibilities across various service lines— freight logistics, mental health, legal/court support, and financial services. You will be managing multiple moving parts every day , handling administrative tasks, overseeing workflows, and supporting multiple team members and remote agents. This position requires someone who can juggle tasks without dropping the ball , think quickly, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person to help the CEO execute and scale day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Executive Support:
Manage CEO calendar, communications, task tracking, and priorities Prepare agendas, organize internal files, and support high-level decisions Maintain confidentiality in handling business matters and sensitive information Program Coordination (Across All Subsidiaries): Monitor remote teams (e.g., sales agents, therapist onboarding, loan agents) Maintain client, agent, and internal program logs across multiple businesses Assist with onboarding, compliance documentation, and team training Identify process gaps, flag issues early, and recommend system improvements Help execute growth strategies across logistics, mental health, court services, and finance programs
You Are:
Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows A quick thinker and natural problem-solver Energetic, dependable, and proactive (first one in, last one out mentality) Great at following through and holding others accountable Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, and digital tools Experienced in admin, executive support, or small business operations (preferred) Pay & Perks $18/hour starting pay | Paid bi-weekly Performance-based raises at 30 and 60 days Bonuses tied to retention and program milestones Leadership growth opportunities available Flexible start/end times within schedule Why Join Us?
