Executive Administrative Assistant The Capital Church Garner, NC 27529 Administrative Assistant Job Description The successful candidate for this position would be responsible for fulfilling the vision of TCC through administrative, operational, creative, and logistical support of The Capital Church and its ministries. This position oversees front desk and office management, assistance to the financial director, ministry support and the churches’ online presence.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Administrative gifting; strong organizational skills, detail-oriented Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and transcribing meeting minutes Competent in data entry and tracking Self-starter and independent worker Discretion in handling personal and/or confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites Intermediate Scheduling and facilities management Graphic Design Skills, competent in Photoshop and knowledge of Canva Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (Written and verbal) Familiarity with Church-Based Christian ministry Ministry Background a plus Requires ability to perform light strenuous tasks and light lifting (10-40 lbs.) Experience with the following programs: Planning Center, Slack, Dropbox, Google Suite, Meta Business Suite Experience creating reels, content, ads, and managing the social media page for a business or church Knowledge of basic office equipment Experience with printing and producing booklets, flyers, cards, and various materials a plus
